Love is a state of consciousness that allows us to think beyond just ourselves. While it may feel tempting to forever act and speak from this place of hurt, we must do the inner work to heal these wounds. Then, it’s communicating them to those we share a relationship with so they can better understand where we’re coming from. The first step to healing these wounds is acknowledging them.
